What should the drawing be about?

Here are some ideas to get your child inspired:

  • Draw a world where everyone feels safe and happy, no matter who they are, where they come from or who they love
  • Draw how you like to celebrate different cultures
  • Draw a time that you were kind to someone else (or someone was kind to you!)

Feel free to encourage your child to create artwork that celebrates inclusion and diversity. This could include themes like supporting First Nations, LGBTQIA+, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities, or any other positive expression of our shared human rights!

Drawings should be done on A4 paper, in landscape

Submissions close on Sunday 3rd November. Don’t miss out!

  • Grand Prize: The winning drawing will be featured on the front cover of Amnesty's 2025 Calendar of Hope and the artist will receive a $250 voucher to spend at Kinya Lerrk, a First Nations-owned gift store.
